A signature feature of a stay at Kerswell Farmhouse is the enjoyment of an excellent breakfast based on carefully selected home and local produce.
Our award-winning breakfast menu offers a choice of starter, including Banana Muscovado and Warm Fruit Compote, followed by a traditional Devon Breakfast of Kerswell Farm home-reared pork sausages and bacon, and Kerswell Farm free-range eggs, or alternatives including Eggs Royale, Eggs Benedict and Toasted Club Sandwich.
Breakfast is taken in the Old Farmhouse Dining Room, part of the late-16thC house.
Devon is renowned for its quality produce and we encourage guests to visit some of the many farm shops in the area as well as the wonderful array of independent shops in Totnes and Dartmouth selling cheese, fruit and vegetables, fish and meat and delicatessen products.
There are also large village shops in Dittisham and Harbertonford.
You may bring your goodies back to Kerswell to enjoy them in either your sitting rooms or on the terraces looking at the stunning views. To facilitate this Bonberry and Gosden have a small collection of china and cutlery, and a microwave.
If you bring ice packs for your cool bags, the refrigerators in each sitting room have freezer compartments.
