Directions: Route from M5/A38 to Plymouth - Exit Dart Bridge Junction A384 to Totnes - After about 5 miles at the second roundabout in Dartington turn left on to the A385 - After 1 mile at the lights in Totnes turn right on to A381 to Kingsbridge - Pass through another set of lights and at the top of the hill turn left to Ashprington - After 300 yards, at the first crossroads, bear left between stone pillars - After about 2 miles at the next crossroads turn right to Bow Bridge, cross a hump-back bridge at 'The Waterman's Arms' and follow the road to Tuckenhay - Pass 'The Maltsters Arms' and drive out of the village. After half a mile bear left - At the top of the hill turn right to Tideford and Dartmouth - After half a mile Kerswell Farmhouse is on the right at Furze Cross.
